Spectech, formerly known as Wetfix Waterproofing, was founded in 1989 as a waterproofing specialist.

Quality Control Procedures
We utilise an ultrasonic dry film thickness testing machine to monitor the thickness of the waterproofing we install. This ensures our installations will meet manufacturers' specifications.
Comprehensive 10 Year Warranty
Upon completion of your waterproofing installation work, you will be provided with an installation guarantee, this warrants that all products have been applied according to the manufacturer’s directions. The products used carry a manufacturer’s guarantee of 10 years.
Please Note: Any guarantee does not cover failures as a result of structural movement or physical damage to the installation.
